

Reset your password or unlock your account yourself. This is possible with any notebook/PC and any smartphone. It is not necessary to call the Drei IT-Support.
To reset the password or unlock the account, it is necessary to activate two-factor authentication once.
In a nutshell.
1. Go to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com and type in your @drei.com email address.
2. Select whether you want to set a new password or unlock your account.
3. Approve the request using the Microsoft Authenticator app and security code via SMS
4. Your account is now active again and you can set a new password if you wish.
Activate two-factor authentication.
If you have not yet activated two-factor authentication, please download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone and activate it now.
